Looking for a naturopath in Airdrie? Look no further

Our Airdrie Naturopath Dr. Liona Manuel is here to help you. Naturopathic medicine is a distinct primary health care system that blends modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural forms of medicine. The naturopathic philosophy is to stimulate the healing power of the body and treat the underlying cause of disease. Symptoms of disease are seen as warning signals of improper functioning of the body, and unfavourable lifestyle habits. Naturopathic doctors address the fundamental causes of disease, heal the whole person through individualized treatment, and teach the principles of healthy living and preventative medicine.

In addition to diet and lifestyle changes, natural therapies including botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, naturopathic manipulation and traditional Chinese medicine/acupuncture, may also be used during treatments.

Naturopathic medicine offers non-invasive therapies with fewer complications and side effects.

Airdrie Naturopath Dr. Lion Manuel took the Doctor of Naturopathy degree program which provides more than 3,000 hours of classroom training and 1,200 hours of clinical experience. Naturopathic medicine requires a total of 8 years of schooling (4 undergraduate and 4 naturopathic specific) and in Canada is regulated through the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Dr. Liona Manuel works out of Access Chiropractic and Wellness but does all of her own bookings. Please contact her one of the following ways below!
